Chainstory 3 update

Yo! Whats up Scribblers!
I'm progressing well on my story. I think I have too many ideas so I won't include too much stuff. I'm going to focus mostly on plot development. MHM seems to be interested in the character development. That keeps me from worrying about unlikeable characters. But that doesn't mean I am totally going to ignore characters. I have some ideas on how to "grow" some of them. Others I leave up to you. but do make them good. I have a habit of killing off unworthy characters. Oh and I added one more rule to the list:

First person to comment continues.

If someone has already been chosen they must comment to make sure to reserve their spot as the next writer.

The story doesn't have to continue from exactly where it left off unless you want it to, i.e. it can be a prequel or a parallel story happening in the same setting but in an another part of the world.

Do not change the name or other important feature of a character previously introduced unless that character has an identity crisis, amnesia or an alias.

Spin offs can be made if preferred as long as they don't affect the immediate plot line.

This spin offs can be shorts, factoids, character bios or whatever.

If someone has taken your spot as the next writer in the chain by commenting, then for the sake of fairness let them continue but keep your draft somewhere just in case.

Anyone can join in.

The major characters of the previous story doesn't have to be the main characters in the next story.

The story can be done in 1st, 3rd or even 2nd person despite how the previous writer wrote it.

Don't just call it Chainstory part 3 or 4. Give it an epic title.

Not all characters have to be developed.

Don't do unnecessary or impossible revival of dead characters if you don't have a logical or believable reason for it to happen. Or else you are taking away the drama or effect the writer is trying to bring by killing them off.

If the death of the character is not implied or stated directly or openly then the character can be brought back

Only the creator of a character can kill them off.

If the creator gives consent then someone else can kill them off.

Me: You guys are just figments of my imagination that gives me all the right. plus why are you complaining? MHM brought you back to life.
Diana:...
Samson: How about me? I'm dead aren't I?
Me: Well about that...
Samson: Yes...?
Me: Actually.. sorry ..I can't spoil it for you. Ask MHM. Cheerio!

Chainstory 3 update

Its been so long since we started this last year. I remember sitting down right here, typing and retyping everything again and again when I posted the first part of the Chainstory. Aaaah... good times. Of course so many things have changed since then, for example me getting a new computer. I kinda feel sad for the characters for neglecting them for over a year. I think its time I made up for the loss. Hassan and I have agreed to Simon's proposal so I am ready to continue the work and wait for the next person when I am done. For all those who are still following the roskribblers blog - meaning the Roskribblers - I hope this will satisfy you enough to take control and move the story forward. The upcoming chapter will continue from the cliff hanger ending that Hassan left us with in Chapter 2. I will probably take some time coming up with a  good story to continue from that point but I do have some ideas that I may include for. For example what the wolf's name going to be and who is going to die next and what is our resident Deadpool aka Malcolm Braddock truly up to. I may even include our forgotten member Ozzy who we last saw climbing out of a collapsed building. Hopefully we can improve the story so good that it will become a writer's club legend. Cheerio!

Hello fellow Mortals! For those who don't know me, I am Simon. From the incomplete and abandoned Chain story. Because I hate cliff hangers I want to make a proposition. Until someone truly interested in this comes along  Kishalan and Hassan will keep alternating between the chapters. If someone finds the story interesting enough to continue it then just read the rules that were posted a few posts earlier (the updated one, not the old one). Of course it is up to you to take on my proposal. That is all. Now as Kishalan would say "Cheerio!"
